Where are you located?
We have 2 Queensland based depots, Brisbane (Morningside) and Townsville, Queensland. Depending on which you are closest to, will depend where you product is dispatched from.
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
If your order is placed before 1pm daily, it will be dispatched the next day with our couriers. You will be sent tracking via email unless delivered by our personal warehouse team. If you are local to Townsville or Brisbane/SeQld next day delivery is available if your order is placed before 1pm.
Are your cups compostable?
Yes our cups are Certified Home Compostable to Australian Standards (AS5810). They are apart of the Truly Eco brand which is a new generation of packaging also referred to as 'Aqueous' which are manufactured using a unique water-based barrier coating instead of traditional plastic or bioplastic. Unlike current PLA/bioplastic or PE paper cups, our product is both fully compostable and recyclable where accepted. Dincertco Recyclability certified.
What is the minimum amount of cups I can purchase?
All of our cups and lids are sold per carton. One carton includes 1,000pcs. There is no minimum order quantity or spend. Just purchase what you need, when you need it.
Can I order just 1-2 sleeves?
All of our cups and lids are only sold per carton. One carton includes 1,000pcs. Sometimes you will find partial cartons available on our website and this is only because we remove a few sleeves for samples and marketing purposes.
Can I choose which design I want?
Each size cup features only that design/mix of designs. The images in each product description will only be available in that size. For example, peaches is only available in our 4oz cup, you can't get all cup sizes in the same peaches design.
Our cartons are also pre-mixed, so you will receive the mix of 2 or 3 designs in each carton, as per the image in the product descriptions.
What does shipping cost?
We have flat rate shipping per state. See shipping info here.
Will your designer coffee cups fit our existing lids?
Our 8,12,16oz cups are all 90mm standard and our 6oz cup is a standard 80mm. Most standard lids in these sizes should fit our cups but unfortunately we cannot guarantee they will fit securely. We personally trial and test all our lids to make sure they fit securely and are leak proof and will only honour any returns/refunds in this regards when both our cups and lids are used together. Please order a sample pack to try with your current lids if you don't wish to switch to our home compostable alternatives.
How often will my cafe receive new designs?
We aim to provide your cafe with new designs every few months depending on how fast each collection sells out. You will automatically be sent our new designs when our current stock runs out. Keep an eye our on social media for sneak peeks of our upcoming designs.
We are a packaging wholesaler, can we distribute your designer cups?

Are you products banned in our state?
Please refer to this page for more information. We recommend you do your own research based on your cafes state in which you operate business. Plastic bans are changing all the time and we have disabled certain banned products from being shipped to your state, you will receive notification at check out if your order cannot be shipped. Please contact us if you have any questions or visit your state gov website and search plastic bans for most up to date information.
